TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 60 OF 2020 By Jonathan Kamande Joseph, of P.O. Box 57, Kambiti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wanyoike alias Wanyoike Gucu alias Wanyoike Gichohu, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 30th January, 2014. CAUSE No. 92 OF 2020 By Onesmus Kimani Mwangi, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwangi Kimani, who died at Kandara, Gituru, on 14th August, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
