TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 73 OF 2020 By Humphrey Kigotho Thiongo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Thiongo Kagiri alias Thiongo Kagiri alias Thiongo Kaguri, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 8th February, 1994. CAUSE No. 81 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Wanjiru Kibati and (2) Shadrack Kamande Mbati, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibati Karuma alias Mbati Karuma, who died at Maria-ini, on 17th January, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
