TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 42 OF 2020 By (1) Douglas Njuguna Goco and (2) Catherine Wairimu Goco, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Goco Njuguna alias Njuguna Goco Peter alias Peter Njuguna, who died at Ruiru, on 4th December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
