TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 26 of 2020 By Hannah Wambui Gateere, of P.O. Box 19-00520, Ruai in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Ireri Njeru, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd April, 2018. CAUSE No. 63 OF 2020 By Jimmy Musyoka Sila, of P.O. Box 1569-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Nthenya Sila, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
