TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 24th July, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2981 CAUSE No. 187 OF 2020 By Kelvin Aoya Omedo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Omedo Nyangoro, who died on 4th February, 2000. CAUSE No. 195 OF 2020 By Daniel Ouma Ogola, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dison Ogola Okello alias Dishon Ogola Okelo, who died on 12th August, 2011. CAUSE No. 196 OF 2020 By Joyce Achieng Onyango, the deceased's sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agwati Ondiek, who died on 14th December, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
