TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 59 OF 2020 By Jackton Alfred Mugo, of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndava Ngichu, who died at Machanga Mavuria, on 30th July, 1979. CAUSE No. 133 OF 2020 By Anastasio Njeru Muthathai, of P.O. Box 2, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithua Mumo, who died at Riandu Sub-location, on 25th March, 2013. CAusE No. 137 OF 2020 By Simon Ireri Njeru, of P.O. Box 35, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased's step-brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoka Kiunguyu, who died at Itiira Sub-location, on 18th July, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
