TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 137 OF 2020 By Florence Akinyi Ouma, of P.O. Box 13, Sawagongo in Kenya, the deceased's grand daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moris Onganga Ongindi, who died at Dienya East, on 14th December, 1981. CAusE No. 163 "B" OF 2020 By Christine Auma Ngoha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wayaya Oriedi, who died on 15th April, 1982. CAUSE No. 179 OF 2020 By Margret Anyango Odhiambo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dishon Odhiambo Were, who died on 13th July, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
