TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 286 OF 2019 By (1) Julius Ogongo Omolo and (2) John Otieno Ogongo, the deceased's son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Omolo Adwet alias Petro Omolo, who died at West Koguta, on 15th June, 1984. CAUSE No. 55 OF 2020 By Elijah Ouma Odhiambo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Odhiambo Orowe alias Omwe Bits, who died at Kochieng East, on llth January, 2008. CAUSE NO. 166 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Auma Ojwang and (2) Leo Omolo Ojuang, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evans Ochieng Ojuang, who died at Nyabondo Hospital in Kenya, on 25th September, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
