CAUSE NO. 86 OF 2020 By Herman Oganda Mbuku, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mboko Matanye alias William Mbuku, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 12th April, 1992. CAUSE No. 101 OF 2020 By Samuel Kisivuli Mwelesa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheti Mweresa Liguna alias Japheth Mweresa alias Japheth Mweresa Liguna, who died at Kidundu Sub-location, on 16th June, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
