TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 135 OF 2017 By Rose Miroyo Manono, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Manono Logose, who died at Viyalo Sub-location, on 20th February, 1986. CAUSE No. 89 OF 2020 By Nelson Nyonje Kalumi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Echingwa Mutonyi alias Sihigwa Mutonyiu, who died at Ebusamia Sub-location, on 23rd March, 2000. CAUSE NO. 101 OF 2020 By Samuel Kisivuli Mwelesa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheti Mweresa Liguna alias Japheth Mweresa alias Japheth Mweresa Liguna, who died at Kidundu Sub-location, on 16th June, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
