TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 24th July, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2995 CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2020 By Priscillah Kalekye Mulyungi, of P.O. Box 265-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Samuel Matiti alias Samuel Mulyungi, who died at Mwingi Sub-location, on 1st February, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
