TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 10th July, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2829 CAUSE No. 2 OF 2020 By Joseph Kinyua Mugambi, of P.O. Box 511, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Mugambi Kinyua alias Jackson Mugambi, who died at Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 5th September, 2012. CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By Robert Mwaniki Grishon, of P.O. Box 189, Embu in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Benson Thiga Mwangi, who died at Oilbya Petrol station, Embu, on 23rd January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
