Box 10028-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Ruga Kahiga, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 7th August, 2003. CAUSE No. 145 OF 2020 By Koigi Wamwere, of P.O. Box 2338-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wamwere Kuria Wamware, who died at Engashura, on 31st January, 1994. CAUSE NO. 179 OF 2020 By Julia Wanjiru Hezera, of P.O. Box 500-20107, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezara Mugwe Gikaru, who died at Ndulele, on 19th May, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
