Box 149, Maua in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Kanyoro Rugaka, who died at Thitha, Athiru Ruujine, on 23rd January, 1997. CAUSE No. 62 OF 2020 By John Kaimenyi, of P.O. Box 89, Maua in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muithumbu Thiruaini, who died at Kaurine, on 13th July, 1974. CAUSE No. 67 OF 2020 By Maim M'Iturua, of P.O. Box 491, Maua in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ituriu Ingathia alias Ituriu M'Engathia, who died at Nturuba, on 4th February, 2000. CAUSE No. 69 OF 2020 By Elizabeth Munju M'Lintari, of P.O. Box 491, Maua in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Lintari M'Ithilai Kabiro alias Rintari Ithira alias Rintari Ithirai, who died at Muthara Hospital in Kenya, on 21st April, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
