TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 50 OF 2020 By Casty Njoki Bundi, of P.O. Box 153, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Ringuri Rugera alias Ringuri Rugera, who died at Gitareni Sub-location, on 30th September, 1984. CAUSE No. 51 OF 2020 By Pasliana Ciambuba Ngambi, of P.O. Box 290, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Nkambi alias Nkoroi Kathutua alias Ngoroi Kathutwa, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on llth February, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
