TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 56 OF 2019 By (1) Magdaline Kiptoo Koech (2) Magrinah John Cheruiyot and (3) Mary Jepkorir, all of P.O. Box 507, hen in Kenya, the deceased's daughters and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebii Cherono Chemogok, who died at Kipkenda, on 28th July, 2002.
