TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 47 OF 2019 By (1) Solomon Muinde Kyenze and (2) John Mutua Kyenze, of P.O. Box 12, Loitoktok in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elastor Kyenze Mutuku, who died at Kikonde village, on 20th March, 1998. CAUSE No. 65 OF 2020 By (1) Bakari Jumaa Mvumbo and (2) Hamisi Jumaa Mvumbo, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Omari Nzdehere, who died at Malaba on, on 20th April, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
