TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 18 OF 2020 By (1) Pauline Muuli Ngao and (2) Sera Mukunyo Paul Ngao, the deceased's aunts, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Mbuli Vundi alias Anna Mbuli Vundi alias Annah Mbuli Vundi, who died at District Hospital, Mwingi in Kenya, on 27th December, 2019. CAUSE No. 23 OF 2020 By Charles Kyalo Kitheka, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitheka Varingo alias Joseph Kitheka Baringo alias Enock Kioko Kitheka alias Joseph Kitheka Valingo, who died at Mwingi Medicare in Kenya, on 12th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
