TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: in: 10th July, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2875 CAUSE No. 42 OF 2020 By Judith Awuor Ochieng and (2) Joseph Odipo Ogola, the deceased's daughter-in-law and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odipo Ragenya, who died at Nyalenya, on 10th July, 1989. CAUSE No. 64 OF 2020 By Jenifa Otieno Odero, of P.O. Box 239, Sega in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Owino Boy alias Owino Boy, who died at Anyiko Sub- location, on 10th November, 2019. CAUSE No. 65 OF 2020 By Dismas Onyango Okoth, of P.O. Box 260, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Markus Okoth Oduol alias Othoth Oduol, who died on 20th June, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
