IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (3) of the State Corporations Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— Kenneth W. Mwatu, Elsie Mbugua, James Shiganga, to be Members of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Pipeline Company Limited, with effect from the 7th August, 2020 to 5th June, 2021.
