APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (3) of the State Corporations Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— Rita Okuthe – Chairperson of the Kenya Pipeline Company Limited Gen. (Rtd) Joseph R. E. Kibwana – Chairperson of the Kenya Ports Authority Maj.-Gen. (Rtd) Pastor Awita – Chairperson of the Kenya Railways Corporation Njoroge Nani Mungai – Chairperson, Postal Corporation of Kenya to be Members of the Board of Directors of the Industrial and Commercial Development Corporation (ICDC), for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 7th August, 2020 to 2nd May, 2022.
