APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7(3) of the State Corporations Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces appoints— Zephaniah Kipsang Yego, Edwin K. Kamar, Ephantus Murage Mundia, Lydia Naneu Ntimama Masikonte, Richard Ngomo, Hon. David Kareithi, Jemutai Barkebo (Eng.), to be members of the Agricultural Development Corporation up to 5th June, 2021, with effect from the 7th August, 2020. The appointment* of Gladys Kasia Ngao (Dr.), John Owuor Onyango K’Obado (Eng.), Hassan Osman, Martin Ogindo, Paul Kibet Chebor, Roba Sharu Duba and Peter Chemuigut is hereby revoked.
