PURSUANT to Article 164 (1) of the Constitution of Kenya, notice is given as follows: The August recess of the Court of Appeal shall commence on Saturday, 1st August, 2020, and shall terminate on Tuesday, 15th September, 2020, both days inclusive. During the recess, the offices and registries of the Court will be open to the public from 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon on all week days except public holidays.
