REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Dominic Kipngetich Sittuk and (2) Alexander Kipkoech Sittuk, both of P.O. Box 696, Eldama Ravine in the Republic of Kenya, in the estate of the late Joseph Kiprono Situk (deceased), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 9.0 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Lembus/Sinonin/134, situate in the district of Koibatek, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
