THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muinde Ndiku (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 4.6 hectares or thereabout, known as Kangundo/Mbusyani/708, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court at Machakos in succession cause No. 464 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration and confirmation of grant to (1) Anthony Muinde Nyamu, (2) Franklin Horace N. Muinde and (3) Titus Kiilu Muinde and whereas the said (1) Anthony Muinde Nyamu, (2) Franklin Horace N. Muinde and (3) Titus Kiilu Muinde have executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission R.L. 19 and whereas the said land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and by transmission of R. L. 19 in the names of (1) Anthony Muinde Nyamu, (2) Franklin Horace N. Muinde and (3) Titus Kiilu Muinde, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Muinde Ndiku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
