THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muinde Ndiku (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.6 hectares or thereabouts, known as parcel Kangundo/Mbusyani/708, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Machakos in succession cause No. 464 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Anthony Muinde Nyamu, (2) Franklin Horace N. Muinde and (3) Titus Kiilu Muinde and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in favour of (1) Anthony Muinde Nyamu, (2) Franklin Horace N. Muinde and (3) Titus 7th August, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE Kiilu Muinde and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muinde Ndiku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
