ACT

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of goods under the name CEWA which are electrical lights and floors tiles under the name BICCO, currently lying in the rented premise of Sanghani Go downs, to take delivery of the said goods within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of shipping charges, storage charges and any other incidental costs, failure to which the said goods will be sold by public auction or private treaty without further reference to the owner.
