IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 (1) (d) of the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Services Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives, revokes the appointment of— RUTH NASHIPAE MUIGAI (MS.) as a member of the Board of Kenya plant Health Inspectorate Services, with effect from the 27th August, 2020.
