REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Beatrice Micere Mutungu and Joseph Mutungu Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 4108, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0436 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Nyeri/Municipality Block I/474, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
