REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Njoki Kimemia, of P.O. Box 14844—00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Apartment No. 07 A, erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/6491, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 130749/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate 3418 3418 the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
