REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Josphat Njeru Ngari (ID/9062595), of P.O. Box 30091, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.05, 0.10, 0,36 and 0.11 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mbeere, registered under title No. Nthawa/Siakago/5512, 4614, 5562 and 3766, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
