REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Mwangi Nganga (ID/4821793), of P.O. Box 1667, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Thika Municipality Block 30/1613, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register therefore is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
