REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Habel Kagema Kaibere, as the administrator of the estate of Meshack Kaibere Kagema (deceased), of P.O. Box 75332– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/III/1142, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in volume N23 folio 367/12, file No. 7371, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
