REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter Kibindu Kamau (ID/3089750) and (2) James G. Kamau (ID/3500432), both of P.O. Box 197, Kalimoni in the Republic of Kenya, being the representatives of John Kamau Kibindu (deceased), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2108, hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Makuyu/Kariaini/Block 2/887, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
