THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gusebia Kathunguci (ID/0920144) (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.038 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mavoko Town Block 3(Waswa)/4185, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court at Meru in succession cause No. 219 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration to Llyod S. Mbae, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Gusebia Kathunguci (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19, and issue a land title deed to the said Llyod S. Mbae, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Gusebia Kathunguci (ID/0920144) (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 28th August, 2020. N.
