THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gusebia Kathunguci (ID/0920144) (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.038 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mavoko Town Block 3 (Waswa)/4185, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Meru in succession cause no. 219 of 2014, has issued a grant and letters of administration and confirmation of grant to Llyod S. Mbae, and whereas the said Llyod S. Mbae has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19, and whereas the said land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Llyod S. Mbae, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Gusebia Kathuguci (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 28th August, 2020. N. G.
