THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Ndambo Kavilu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 1.57 and 46.34 hectares or thereabout, known as Nzalae/Mutonguni/412 and 529, respectively, situate in the district of Kitui, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in succession cause no. 254 of 2014, has issued grant and letters of administration to Stella Kamene Manguu, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Joseph Ndambo Kavilu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of administration and succession, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Ndambo Kavilu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
