NOTICE is hereby given under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles Reg. Nos. KAX 634J, Nissan, KAE 331J, Toyota and KBA 481E, Nissan, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles and remove them from the parking yard of Brooklyn Bar and Restaurant, Githurai 44, off Kamiti Road, Nairobi within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges failure to which the said motor vehicles shall be sold by either public auction or private treaty without further notice and the sale proceeds therefrom will be utilized to defray the storage charges and any other incidental cost and the shortfall if any will be recovered by means of legal proceedings Dated the 12th August, 2020.
