NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th February, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 917, in Volume DI, Folio 63/1272, File No. MMXX, by our client, Ndiema Sheila Chepkwemoi, of P.O. Box 246, Kapsokwony in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Linet Chepkurui Sikuku, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Linet Chepkurui Sikuku and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ndiema Sheila Chepkwemoi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ndiema Sheila Chepkwemoi only.
