NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd July 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 423, in Volume DI, Folio 118/2233, File No. MMXX, by our client, Nafa Alisiid Abass, of P.O. Box 18341–00500, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nafa Ali Abass alias Nafa Ali Haji Abass, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nafa Ali Abass alias Nafa Ali Haji Abass and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nafa Alisiid Abass, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Nafa Alisiid Abass only.
