Box 93171, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwariga Moka Nyange, who died at Taita, on 3rd September, 2008. CAUSE NO. 37 OF 2020 By Nilesh Vasantkumar Jasani, of P.O. Box 10403, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will of Rukmaniben Mansukhlal Modi, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd Februery, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
