TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 18 OF 2020 By John M. K. Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 3348-30200, Kitale in Kenya, through Messrs. Kigen & Co. advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agustino Chepkwony Murei, late of Sitatunga Sub-location, who died there on 21st August, 2010. CAUSE No. 34 OF 2020 By (1) Joseph Muthondu Kangethe and (2) Rose Wambui Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julia Njeri Kangethe Machua, who died at Cherangany Nursing Home, on 31st August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
