TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 254 OF 2020 By John Adiyo Omito, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Adera Omito alias Samwel Adera Omito, who died on 20th April, 1991. CAUSE No. 255 OF 2020 By Edward Ochieng Odoyo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Odoyo Rawala alias Andrew Adoyo Rawaka, who died on 9th June, 1996. CAUSE No. 256 OF 2020 By Edward Ochieng Odoyo, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oner Rawaka, who died on 29th August, 1998. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
