Box 413, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui Rono, who died at Maso, on 1st June, 1988. CAUSE No. 112 OF 2020 By (1) Jane Chepkoech Korir and (2) Joel Kiplangat Simotwo, both of P.O. Box 25, Kiptere in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tiongik Arap Cheruiyot, who died at Koiyat, Kiptere, on 10th July, 1984. CAUSE No. 122 OF 2020 By Samwel Kiprono Maritim, of P.O. Box 9, Fort Ternan in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maritim A. Bor, who died at Siwot, on 31st January, 2015. CAUSE No. 134 OF 2020 By (1) Eric Kipnyobii Birir, (2) Alice Chebet Birir and (3) Beatrice Chepkoech, all of P.O. Box 347, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taprandich w/o arap Chepkwony, who died at Chepsoo, on 11th November, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
