CAUSE No. 48 OF 2020 By Nathan Kibagendi Mogaka, of P.O. Box 47, Kebirigo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keremensia Kemunto Nyaribari, who died at Mongorisi, on 21st March, 2019.
