TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 185 OF 2020 By Rael Nyandiko Otieno, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Seth Otieno alias Seth Otieno, who died at Karapolo Sub-location, on 21st March, 1986. CAUSE No. 195 OF 2020 By Francis Nyambosa Magebo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magibo Sabure alias Magebo Sabure, who died at Bugumbe South Location, on 16th February, 2020. CAUSE NO. 196 OF 2020 By Daniel Otieno Odundo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adundo Nyawire, who died at Waware Location, on 20th November, 2001. By Magdalina Akumu Oluoch, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Otieno Oluoch alias Otieno Oluoch, who died on 15th June, 2008. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
