TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 33 OF 2020 By (1) David Kalume Randu and (2) Ronald Unda Randu, both of P.O. Box 1095-80200, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased's widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lois Randu Kalume, who died at Afya International Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 2018. CAUSE No. 37 OF 2020 By (1) Boniface Karisa Nafasi, (2) Benson Fikiri and (3) Kasiwa Nafasi Kitsao, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nafasi Kitsao Ngandu, who died at Shaun Moyo Area, Kilifi, on 1st January, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
