TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 81 OF 2019 By (1) Robert Chipinde, (2) Timothy Mapenzi and (3) Edmund Mwiya, all of P.O. Box 51020-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sophie Amina Gibson, who died at Kisauni, on 17th October, 2016. CAUSE No. 75 OF 2020 By (1) Serah Salim Karisa Baya and (2) Said Salim Baya, both of P.O. Box 18213-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salim Karisa Baya, who died at Aga Khan Memorial Clinic, on 16th May, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
