Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okama Ochieng' alias Joseph Okana Ochieng, who died at Koyonzo, on 5th December, 1994. CAUSE No. 40 OF 2020 By (1) Mathew Ongoma Makokha and (2) Habil Mulama Ongoma, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mako Ongoma Makokha, who died at Masinjira Sub-location. CAUSE No. 79 OF 2020 By Kenedy Kaunda Ogola, of P.O. Box 7, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Akelo Ogola alias Akelo Ogola Odongo, who died at Bungasi, on 12th September, 2003. Box 87, Sigomere in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Nyambogo Ombogo, who died at Bungasi, on 14th June , 1994. CAUSE No. 86 OF 2020 By Samson Onyango Obita, of P.O. Box 94, Musanda in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Zadock Obita Chiteri, (2) Okechi Chiteri Nashitsakha alias Manwel Wasweta Chiteri and (3) Ongoma Chiteri alias Luka Ongoma Kiter, who all died at Bungasi, on 18th September, 1996, 22nd July, 1992 and 12th February, 1997, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
