TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 88 OF 2020 By Morris Murigi Wanyoike, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jordan Wanyoike Wainaina alias Wanyoike Wainaina, who died at Gituamba, on 17th March, 2017. CAUSE No. 89 OF 2020 By Ruthalia Wanjiru Muchiri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchiri Muigwa, who died at M .D .H on 8th June, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
